{"id":42923,"date":"2026-01-14T17:13:54","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T17:13:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rentalistic.com\/refund-cancellation-policyotmena-i-vozvrat\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T18:30:08","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T18:30:08","slug":"refund-cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rentalistic.com\/en\/refund-cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effective Date: May 8, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Operator and Payment Recipient:<\/strong> SER SCHEMA EOOD (UIC\/EIK: 207233087), a registered person under the VAT Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registered Office Address:<\/strong> Republic of Bulgaria, Nesebar (8240), Sunny Beach West, &#8220;Casa Bravo 2&#8221; Complex, Floor 2, Apartment D22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (Terms &amp; Conditions) and strictly regulates the procedure for changing dates, canceling finalized bookings, and processing refunds on the Rentalistic platform. Payment for booking services constitutes the full, informed, and unconditional consent of the user (hereinafter referred to as the <strong>&#8220;Guest&#8221;<\/strong>) to all terms of this Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Procedure for Submitting a Cancellation or Modification Request<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1.1.<\/strong> Any requests by the Guest regarding booking cancellation, rescheduling of stay dates, or early termination of the rental period must be submitted to the Operator exclusively in writing. The Parties unconditionally recognize text messages sent to the Operator&#8217;s official email (contact@rentalistic.com), as well as messages transmitted via instant messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber) linked to the official contact phone numbers of the Parties, as proper notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1.2.<\/strong> The official date and time of a booking cancellation is considered to be the moment the Operator actually receives the written notification from the Guest (recorded based on the server time of the incoming message). Verbal cancellation or modification statements made over the phone hold no legal force and will not be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Refund Procedure for Standard Rates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>2.1.<\/strong> In the event of a cancellation initiated by the Guest more than <strong>14 (fourteen) full calendar days<\/strong> prior to the scheduled check-in date, a refund of <strong>100% (one hundred percent)<\/strong> of the prepayment amount will be issued to the Guest. However, the Operator reserves the right to withhold actually incurred expenses for transaction processing and bank card processing fees (acquiring) from the refunded amount, the final size of which depends on the issuing bank and the specific payment system (e.g., viva.com) used by the Guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2.2.<\/strong> In the event of a cancellation less than <strong>14 (fourteen) calendar days<\/strong> prior to the scheduled check-in date, the Operator shall withhold a penalty fee equal to <strong>30% (thirty percent)<\/strong> of the total cost of the accommodation services. The remaining balance will be refunded to the Guest, minus applicable bank transfer fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2.3.<\/strong> If the Guest cancels the booking less than <strong>24 (twenty-four) hours<\/strong> before the scheduled check-in time (15:00 local time), or in the case of a <strong>No-Show<\/strong> on the scheduled check-in day without prior written notification, no refund will be issued. The entire previously paid amount will be withheld by the Operator in full (100%) as fair compensation for lost profits due to the forced vacancy of the property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Conditions for Non-Refundable Rates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3.1.<\/strong> In cases where a booking was completed by the Guest under a special rate explicitly labeled in the description as <strong>&#8220;Non-refundable&#8221;<\/strong>, the provisions of Section 2 of this Policy lose their force and do not apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3.2.<\/strong> In case of cancellation, an attempt to change stay dates, or a No-Show for a booking made under a non-refundable rate, paid funds are completely non-refundable. They will be withheld by the Operator in full (100%) as a penalty, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation notice was received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Date Changes and Early Departure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>4.1.<\/strong> Any request by the Guest to reschedule stay dates is legally treated as a cancellation of the current booking and the creation of a new one. If a rescheduling request is received less than 14 days prior to the expected check-in, penalties identical to a booking cancellation (as provided in Section 2.2) shall apply to the Guest. Rescheduling dates without incurring a penalty is possible exclusively if vacant properties are available in the Rentalistic catalog and only upon direct written agreement with the Operator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>4.2.<\/strong> If the Guest has already checked into the Property but subsequently makes a unilateral decision to vacate it prior to the paid departure date, no recalculation of the actual stay cost will be performed. Funds for unused nights are non-refundable and will be withheld in full to compensate for the Operator&#8217;s losses caused by the breach of the original booking period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Disbursement Procedure and Timelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5.1.<\/strong> Any refund will be executed by the Operator exclusively via bank transfer to the exact same bank card or bank account from which the Guest made the initial payment. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5.2.<\/strong> The timeframe for reviewing a refund application and actually processing the payment order to the bank on the Operator&#8217;s side is no more than <strong>5 (five) business days<\/strong> from the date of receiving a correctly formatted request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5.3.<\/strong> The actual timeline for funds to be credited to the Guest&#8217;s account is beyond the Operator&#8217;s control. It depends entirely on the internal processing rules of the Guest&#8217;s issuing bank, international payment networks, and correspondent banks, and may take anywhere from <strong>3 (three) to 30 (thirty) calendar days<\/strong>. The Operator bears no legal or financial liability for transaction delays occurring on the side of banking and financial institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation by the Operator and Force Majeure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6.1.<\/strong> In exceptional cases (e.g., emergency failure of building utility networks, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances) making it physically or legally impossible to provide the booked Property, the Operator undertakes to offer the Guest an alternative accommodation option. The proposed property must be of a similar or higher class, without charging the Guest any additional fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6.2.<\/strong> In the event of a motivated disagreement by the Guest regarding the proposed alternative property, the Operator will issue a full <strong>100% refund<\/strong> of all funds previously paid by the Guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6.3.<\/strong> The financial liability of the Operator in the event of a cancellation initiated on its end is strictly limited to the amount of the prepayment actually received. The Operator is not liable for and will under no circumstances compensate any direct or indirect losses of the Guest, including but not limited to: airline ticket costs, visa fees, transfer payments, car rentals, or any other associated travel expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Final Provisions and Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>7.1.<\/strong> All legal relations between the Parties arising from payments, cancellations, and refunds are exclusively governed by the active legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7.2.<\/strong> All disputes and disagreements that cannot be settled by the Parties through peaceful negotiations shall be subject to mandatory consideration in the competent court at the location of the Operator&#8217;s registered legal address (Nesebar \/ Burgas).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy Effective Date: May 8, 2026 Operator and Payment Recipient: SER SCHEMA EOOD (UIC\/EIK: 207233087), a registered person under the VAT Act.
